About Daniel

Daniels original background  in osteopathy was the perfect springboard to helping people discover how to feel better.

I had lots of patients in who had picked up preventable injuries while running. The advice given in many places was poor, and often consisted of “well it worked for me”.

My goal was to keep people active while giving them them the best treatment and rehab advice.

While doing this patients reported and I also noticed the positive mental health aspect that helping people be active and exercise gave.

It was while doing this that I and treatment that i found the undisputed link between exercise and better mental health

now not being registered anymore. Ultimately taking further  qualifications by MIND  and SAMH to learn more about this really firmed my belief that exercise when done at the correect intensity and level along with (four pillars?) mental health and exercise could be a major treatment for mental health issues. so much so that during pandemic I set up up a small scale running group to help local people start walking and running to help with symptoms anxiety, panic attacks, but also social exclusion and self image and belief..
