My simple goal is to help you thrive, not just survive. Recent events have shown us how factors that influence health and wellbeing are interlinked, well our strategy at here at feelbetter/movebetter is to consider them all, to consider you as a whole person, not just the person with back pain,or knee pain but the causes and the maintaining factors.
In some areas we act as therapists helping “fix the problem” in other areas we act more as the coach helping you come to real world answers that you can and will use. In some cases we will be the older brother that’s like the one you really wanted, while being professional and keeping you and your needs at the forefront
What I do has been planned to focus on
- help unstick you from a cycle of pain and treatment.
- Help you set achievable health and fitness goals and the plans to achieve it
- look at your overall stress and find ways to help reduce and manage it better
- look at the many ways diet can improve our wellbeing and simple changes you can start making straight away.
